Built different.
By design.

01

Sleek Design

Modern ergonomic styling with greater stability whether flat or inclined. Every curve is purposeful — designed with input from health professionals across chiropractic, myotherapy, and sports science.

02

Fuller Range of Motion

The curved surface allows complete scapular retraction and chest engagement unavailable on flat benches. Better pec stretch, more effective dumbbell pullovers, and a more natural pressing arc.

03

Prevent Injuries Long-term

Minimising strain on joints and muscles through every rep. Precise targeting of chest, shoulders, and triceps with reduced compensatory stress — train harder, recover smarter, last longer.

"One aspect that has remained the same is the padded area — it's always been flat."

Innovations in the bench press have varied: attachments, length, width, extra padding, and niche designs. But for over 18 years in the fitness industry, our founder noticed something obvious hidden in plain sight.

Through continuous exploration, he discovered what foam rollers already knew — resting on a curved surface allows natural shoulder retraction with minimal restriction, delivering a superior chest stretch that no flat bench can replicate.

The ErgoBench was born from that insight: the bench should accommodate your body, not fight it.
